I stayed here to explore the local attractions, and while the location was convenient for sightseeing, the overall experience was quite challenging. The check-in process was confusing, and there were major issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. I appreciated the attentive room service and that the staff were quick to resolve some issues once we reached out. The in-house restaurant offered decent food, but it was a bit limited in options. It was a mixed experience, but the convenience of exploring nearby attractions was a definite plus.

This hotel offers favourable location very close to main bus stand and sightseeing places and Kodaikanal. Astoria Veg Restaurant, where you can eat, is not too far from from here. The rooms are extremely spacious and well-maintained with balcony as well as bath.

Quick and fast check-in and check-out. the room felt like a cocoon with soundproof walls, making me feel like I was in my bubble of peace amidst the bustling city. The attentive staff even made me believe I was a VIP guest in a secret hideaway. Cons: Steep parking slope.

Let's talk about the delightful homemade tofu that could make even a meat, lover go green with envy. the staff's impeccable service and the constant flow of hot water were like music to our tired traveler's ears. 🌟 One more thing that caught our attention was the convenient location of the property for exploring the city and its top tourist spots.
Now, onto the slightly sour notes. Some vibes of rudeness and cleanliness hiccups were noted, like a not, so, friendly waste bin and a fungal surprise in the bathroom.

Had a cozy stay during Easter. Rooms were kept clean, and the spaciousness was a definite plus.
The ongoing renovation caused disturbances with dust and noise, hindering relaxation. Lack of soundproofing made conversations from neighboring rooms audible.

Stayed at this hotel recently and had a great time! the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist and room service. the rooms were clean and spacious, equipped with facilities like geyser and kettle, perfect for the cold climate of Kodaikanal. the hotel offers car hire for sightseeing, with economical fares and knowledgeable drivers acting as guides. the service was top, notch!
Some rooms lacked ventilation, so make sure to book a room with a balcony for better airflow in the future. the cold weather of Kodaikanal made it bearable.

I just had the most amazing stay! the view from the balcony was breathtaking, just what i needed to unwind. 😍 the only downside was the breakfast options could've been better. a great escape close to everything!

The database provided an extensive collection of resources, making my research process much smoother.
I found that the search function in the database could be a bit slow at times, which was a minor inconvenience when trying to find specific information quickly.

The location and helpful staff were appreciated, but cleanliness was lacking and the room felt cramped, with stains on the bed cover. Parking was steep, and the property seemed to be in disrepair. I'd recommend improvements for a better experience, especially for cleanliness and room comfort.

The hotel's location next to the main bus stand and popular sightseeing places made it very convenient. The staff were friendly and always there to help. The room was tidy, and I loved having a balcony. They provided handy amenities like hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The hotel is well-located in the heart of Jackson. There are plenty of dining options nearby, such as Astoria Veg Restaurant, just a short walk away. The rooms are very roomy and in great condition, each with its balcony and bathroom.
